This policy describes how REDFi/Redline Blockchain delivers communications to you electronically. Electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided you with paper copies. Electronic Delivery of Communications

You agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, notices,and disclosures (collectively, “Communications”) that we provide in connection with your Account and your use of Strike Services. Communications include, but are not limited to, the following: We will provide these Communications to you by (i) posting them on the Site or Apps (ii) sending mobile, push, or other notifications through the Apps, (iii) emailing them to you at the primary email address listed in your Account, or (iv) through other electronic communication such as a text message. Provision by any of these methods will constitute proper notice to you under applicable law. If you do not consent to receiving Communications electronically, you will not be able to open an Account.

Your consent to receiving Communications electronically will be valid until such time as you withdraw such consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us at [email protected] If you fail to provide or if you withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, REDFi/Redline blockchain reserves the right to limit, restrict, or immediately close your Account.

Updating your Information

It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate, and complete contact information (including your email address), and to keep such information up to date. You understand and agree that if REDFi/Redline Blockchain sends you an electronic Communication, but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, REDFi/Redline Blockchain will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you.
